Joshua M. Weinstock is a Partner at Weinstock Law, PLLC. Mr. Weinstock's practice areas focus on all forms of personal injury.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Weinstock earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland at College Park where he majored in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Mr. Weinstock went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the St. John's University School of Law.
Mr. Weinstock was a member of the Consumer Justice for the Elderly Litigation Clinic during his time at law school. In the clinic he assisted impoverished elderly clients from the local community in a wide range of consumer issues including foreclosure actions and credit card debt lawsuits. He also took great pride in being a member of the Jewish Law Students Association, participating in many of the school sponsored events.
Upon completion of his first year of law school, Mr. Weinstock joined a personal injury law firm in Garden City, New York where he worked in various roles for 8 years. Thereafter, Mr. Weinstock co-founded Weinstock Law, PLLC.

Zachary D. Weinstock is a Partner at Weinstock Law, PLLC. Mr. Weinstock focuses his professional time representing victims injured in car accidents, slip/trip and falls, from medical malpractice, products liability and labor law violations. Mr. Weinstock has written briefs for various State Trial and Appellate Courts.
Mr. Weinstock attended the St. John's University School of Law in Queens, New York. Upon his admission to the St. John's, Mr. Weinstock was awarded the prestigious St. Thomas More Scholarship, a full tuition scholarship accompanied by other student benefits. Prior to Law School, Mr. Weinstock attended college at Queens College in the CUNY school system.
Mr. Weinstock was raised in Lawrence, New York, the first of three siblings to attend St. John's University School of Law. He now splits his time between a home on Long Island and a residence in Manhattan.

Rachel D. Rozenberg is a Partner at Weinstock Law, PLLC. Ms. Rozenberg focuses her professional time assisting the firm in the representation of victims injured in car accidents, slip/trip and falls, medical malpractice, products liability and labor law violations.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Rozenberg earned a Bachelor's Degree in 2009 from Queens College in the CUNY school system where she majored in Anthropology. During her time at Queens College, Ms. Rozenberg was on the Dean’s list and received the prestigious Anthropology Department faculty award. While pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree, Ms. Rozenberg worked as an executive and legal assistant at a family law firm, which led her to decide to pursue a legal career.
Ms. Rozenberg attended the St. John's University School of Law in Queens, New York where she earned a Juris Doctor in 2013. Upon her admission to St. John's, Ms. Rozenberg was awarded a tuition scholarship. During her time at St. John’s, Ms. Rozenberg was awarded two Dean's Awards for Excellence and participated in the Public Interest Law Committee, the Jewish Law Student Association, the Courtroom Advocates Program and the Courts Access to Justice Uncontested Divorce Program. Ms. Rozenberg was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2014.
Ms. Rozenberg has worked in a managerial position on several document review projects, along with a large team of attorneys, to assist various law firms assess large sets of documents obtained through discovery. Ms. Rozenberg has also worked as a staff attorney for a leading international legal research database to update a treatise according to the current case law in the field of intellectual property.

Kelly H. Koh is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Paralegal at Weinstock Law, PLLC. She assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines, and drafting pleadings and letters. Prior to joining Weinstock Law, Kelly gained valuable experience as a paralegal working on claims involving automobile accidents, slip and fall cases, construction accidents and defective products at a firm in Garden City, New York. Before that, she spent years in a similar position at a firm in Queens, New York. Kelly has applied her knowledge and experience to our Personal Injury Litigation Department. In addition to her managerial role, Kelly also oversees the coordination of case referrals with counsel across the country. Ms. Koh handles cases from commencement of the lawsuit, including discovery and motions, to the trial phase.
